Feedback from Clients
Wichai Pornthep
Operations Manager · Freight Co., Hat Yai
"The Workbench Review gave us a clear picture of what was and was not worth connecting. We had been vague about where AI could help — the written report sorted that out. We went ahead with the build and it has been running without problems for four months."

Siriwan Thammasak
Director · Accounting Practice, Songkhla
"I was concerned about data handling before we started, particularly given PDPA requirements. The agreement on data access was clear and Panya explained exactly what would be accessed and why. The handover documentation was also more readable than I expected — our admin team could follow it without coming back to ask questions."

Nopporn Khunakorn
Owner · Retail Business, Hat Yai
"We are on the Workshop Service now. Knowing the same engineer looks after the integration each month takes a lot of worry away. The quarterly reviews are useful — not just a formality, but an actual conversation about whether the setup still fits how we operate."

Prawit Chaisuwan
IT Coordinator · Education Centre, Hatyai
"The five-week build timeline held. There was one week where we needed slightly more from our side than expected for acceptance testing, but it did not push the handover date back. I would say the scope document at the start is genuinely worth reading carefully — it sets expectations well."

Yupaporn Meesuk
General Manager · Property Services, Surat Thani
"We initially contacted three providers. Veera Works were the only ones who suggested starting with a review rather than quoting for a build immediately. That approach made sense to us. The review report itself was thorough and we ended up proceeding with the integration they recommended — not the larger option."

Arthit Teerawong
Technical Lead · Manufacturing SME, Nakhon Si Thammarat
"We are a small manufacturing business and had limited internal capacity to support the build. Veera Works adapted the testing phase to need minimal time from our side. The engineer — Supawan — was straightforward about what she needed and when. No surprises."

Connecting a Freight Tracking System to an AI Summarisation Service
Challenge
The operations team spent two to three hours daily reading through inbound status emails from multiple carriers and summarising them for management. The process was repetitive and prone to delays when the team was short-staffed.
What We Built
A Crafted Integration connecting their email inbox to an AI summarisation API, producing a structured daily briefing and flagging time-sensitive items for immediate attention.
Outcome
Manual summary time reduced from around 2.5 hours to under 20 minutes daily. The team reviews and approves the AI output rather than producing it from scratch. Delivered in 5 weeks as scoped.
"The review told us exactly which approach would work. We did not waste money on a larger system than we needed."

Workbench Review That Clarified a Year-Long Uncertainty
Challenge
An accounting practice had been considering AI tools for twelve months but could not agree internally on what to connect or whether the investment was appropriate for their size.
What We Did
A Workbench Review of their client onboarding workflow and their document filing system. The report presented two options — one practical and within their current capacity, one larger and for future consideration.
Outcome
The practice chose the smaller option from the report and proceeded to a Crafted Integration six weeks later. They now have a working integration and a documented roadmap for the larger option when ready.
"The ฿4,800 review ended twelve months of going in circles. Worth it several times over."

Workshop Service Keeping an Integration Current After API Changes
Background
A retail business had an integration built by a previous provider. When the upstream AI API changed its authentication method, the integration stopped working and the original provider was unresponsive.
What We Did
The client joined Workshop Service. Nattapong reviewed the existing integration, updated the authentication layer, and added monitoring so future API changes are caught before they cause failures.
Ongoing
Integration has been stable for seven months. One further API version change was handled within the monthly scope without additional cost. Quarterly reviews have identified one extension now on the roadmap.
"Having someone watching it every month means I am not waiting for something to break before I find out there was a problem."
