Why Veera Works
What Makes the Difference on an Integration Engagement
Most AI integration work fails quietly — through scope drift, team turnover, or documentation that nobody can follow six months later. Here is how we are set up differently.

Six Reasons Clients Choose Us
One Engineer, Start to Finish
Your named engineer handles every stage of the engagement. There is no handoff mid-project and no need to re-explain context.
Assessment Before Commitment
A Workbench Review comes first. You receive a written summary of options and can decide whether or not to proceed with a build — no obligation attached.
Bounded, Predictable Scope
Each Crafted Integration covers one connection, built over a defined five-week period. Scope changes require written agreement before any additional work begins.
Documentation Your Team Can Use
Handover documents are written for the people who manage the system, not for other developers. We include a separate technical appendix for your IT staff if needed.
PDPA Compliant Throughout
Every engagement is managed within Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act requirements. Data access is scoped, documented, and time-limited from day one.
Ongoing Care Available
Workshop Service provides a continuing relationship — the same engineer monitors, extends, and reviews your integration on a quarterly cycle rather than leaving after handover.
Expertise
Engineering Knowledge, Applied Practically
Our engineers have worked with AI APIs, backend integration tooling, and workflow automation platforms since before these services became widely available to Thai businesses. That background shapes how we approach each engagement — with a clear view of what tends to work and what adds unnecessary complexity.
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, and automation platforms
- Integration work across logistics, retail, professional services, and education
- Three engineers with complementary backgrounds — assessment, build, and maintenance
We are hands-on engineers, not consultants who write reports and move on. The person who reviews your systems is the same person who builds the connection if you decide to proceed.
Our three-stage structure — Review, Build, Maintain — means you only proceed when the previous stage gives you enough information to make a considered decision. There is no momentum pressure.
Process
A Structure That Keeps You in Control
Many integration projects start with a contract and end with questions. We designed our process so that each stage gives you something useful whether or not you continue — a written assessment, a working integration, or quarterly monitoring — each is a complete deliverable in itself.
- Workbench Review produces a standalone written report
- Crafted Integration delivers documented, tested, working software
- Workshop Service runs on monthly terms — no long lock-in
Service
Direct Contact, Not a Support Queue
When you have a question, you contact the engineer working on your account directly. There is no ticket system routing you through a support team who then relay your question to someone else. This is how we keep response times short and context intact.
- Direct engineer contact throughout the engagement
- Response within one working day on all active accounts
- Handover session conducted at your team's pace
Our working style is calm and direct. We do not use urgency as a motivator and we do not push clients toward larger engagements than what their situation actually requires.
Our pricing reflects work that is scoped carefully and done by engineers who know what they are doing. You are not paying for overhead, account managers, or project co-ordinators.
Value
Transparent Pricing, No Hidden Additions
Our three services have published prices. The Workbench Review at ฿4,800 covers assessment of one to two systems. The Crafted Integration at ฿11,000 covers one complete build. Workshop Service at ฿17,400 per month covers ongoing maintenance and quarterly reviews. Additional scope is discussed openly before any work begins.
- All prices listed before engagement begins
- No surprise invoices for scope items not agreed in writing
- Workshop Service runs month-to-month

What Sets Us Apart
Distinctive Features of Our Approach
The Workbench Review Model
Starting with a bounded assessment rather than jumping straight to a build is not standard practice. It means your first step with us carries low risk — you learn something useful regardless of what you decide next.
Integration Health Monitoring
AI APIs change. Rate limits shift. Workshop Service clients have their integrations actively monitored so degradation is caught before it affects business operations.
Regional Fluency
We understand the business context of southern Thailand — the mix of industries, the common software used by SMEs in the region, and the practical constraints that come with running a business here.
Two-Engineer Review Gate
No integration ships without a second engineer reviewing it. This applies to both the Crafted Integration and any changes made under Workshop Service. It is not optional and it is not skipped under time pressure.

See These Benefits in Practice
A Workbench Review is the most straightforward way to find out whether an AI integration would actually help your business. It takes about a week, costs ฿4,800, and leaves you with a clear picture of your options.
