Our Company

Careful Work. Honest Assessment. Named Engineers.

Veera Works is a small AI integration practice in Hat Yai. We help Thai businesses connect AI services to their existing tools without overcomplicating the process.

Our Story

Started at a Workbench, Not a Boardroom

Veera Works grew out of a simple observation: most small and mid-sized businesses in southern Thailand have capable tools and willing teams, but they lack a straightforward way to connect AI services to the software they already use every day. The pitch from large integrators rarely fits their actual budget or timeline.

We set up in Hat Yai in 2022 with a focused approach — take on a small number of engagements at a time, assign a single named engineer to each, and deliver work that the client's own staff can understand and maintain. No large project teams cycling through, no vague deliverables.

Since then we have completed assessments and integrations for businesses in logistics, professional services, retail, and education across Songkhla and nearby provinces. Each engagement has its own character, and we try to respond to that rather than applying a one-size template.

What We Stand For

  • Honesty before optimism.

If an integration will not serve you well, we say so in the review. A clear no is more useful than a complicated yes.

  • Consistent contact.

You speak to the person doing the work, not a project coordinator who relays messages.

  • Scope that fits.

We keep engagements bounded so they finish on time and without scope drift. Extensions are discussed openly, not added quietly.

  • Quiet professionalism.

Our work speaks for itself. We are not interested in overselling or rushing clients into stages they are not ready for.

How We Work

Standards We Hold Ourselves To

These are not aspirational values — they are practical commitments that shape how each engagement runs.

Thai PDPA Compliance

All work is conducted in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act. Data access is scoped, documented, and limited to what the engagement requires.

Version-Controlled Builds

Every integration is maintained in version control. Changes are traceable and reversible. Nothing is shipped without review by a second engineer.

Written Scope Agreements

Before any build begins, scope is agreed in writing. Extensions require a written addendum. We do not add hours or features without prior discussion.

Structured Testing Phases

Each Crafted Integration goes through internal testing before client acceptance testing. Test cases are documented and shared with the client at handover.

Plain-Language Documentation

Handover documentation is written for the people who will use and maintain the integration — not for other engineers. Technical appendices are provided separately.

Quarterly Service Reviews

Workshop Service clients receive a structured quarterly review covering integration health, API changes, and any adjustments recommended for the next period.

AI Integration in Thailand

Engineering AI Connections for Thai Businesses

The AI services available to businesses today are more accessible than they were three years ago. The challenge most organisations face is not finding a capable AI tool — it is connecting that tool to the software they already rely on. CRM systems, inventory platforms, booking tools, internal dashboards — each has its own interface, and bridging them to an AI service takes engineering work that most internal teams are not set up for.

Veera Works specialises in exactly that connecting work. We assess which integrations are worth building, construct them with care, and maintain them so they keep functioning as APIs and underlying services evolve. Our focus is southern Thailand, particularly Songkhla, Surat Thani, and Nakhon Si Thammarat, though we work with clients across the country when the engagement suits remote collaboration.

We keep a small client roster deliberately. Each business we work with receives consistent attention from the same engineer throughout the relationship. This approach takes longer to scale, but it produces integrations that are understood by the people who commissioned them and that hold up over time. For businesses considering their first AI connection, we recommend beginning with a Workbench Review — a bounded, low-commitment step that clarifies the options without requiring an upfront build commitment.
